After many years of dealing with customers and jobs, it never fails to amaze us how many people end up going for the cheapest price. More frequently than we think is acceptable, we are called to jobs where the customer has had an unsatisfactory ‘cheapest price’ job done. This situation is now undesirable for both parties involved, as we now have to rectify somebody else’s work, and the home owner or bill payer will have to pay for the same repair twice. Obviously, if we are called first this situation won’t occur and the job will be done properly on the first occasion. We believe our prices reflect the professionalism of our work.
There is absolutely nothing worse for a business than rectifying someone else’s poor work, and again the home owner or bill payer then has to pay twice. One example out of numerous occasions and indeed probably the worst case of these scenarios, was we attended a job a good few years back, where another business or individual had actually completely destroyed a door because clearly they didn’t know what they were doing. The home owner then had no choice but to unnecessarily replace their door.
